- Custom-made orders are **non-refundable**.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or worn nails, or items showing signs of damage caused by wear.
- Adhesives or nail glue (for hygiene and safety reasons).
- Sale items or gift cards.
Process

3. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned items are received and inspected.
