1. Are your nails completely flawless?
All of our press-on nails are handmade, which means each set is unique. While we maintain salon-level quality, slight imperfections may occur—this is the charm of true craftsmanship.

2. Will the color look exactly the same as the photos?
We do our best to represent colors accurately, but slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or the handmade nature of the product.

3. Do you accept custom orders?
Yes! We love creating custom designs. Here’s how it works:

• Send us an email with the style or inspiration photos you’d like.

• We’ll provide a quote.

• Pay 70% of the order amount to confirm.

• Once finished, we’ll send you photos for approval.

• After your confirmation, pay the remaining 30%, and we’ll ship your order.

4. Do custom orders include free shipping?
No. Custom designs are not eligible for free shipping. The shipping cost will depend on your delivery address.

5. Can I return or exchange a custom order?
Custom orders are made especially for you and cannot be returned or refunded once shipped. Please check the preview photos carefully before we send them out.

6. How do I contact you for custom designs?
